IMPACT Property Services (or IPS Nashville as it would become known), was formed in 2016 as a residential deck and remodel business. The idea was to keep it simple, keep it focused, and keep it local.  For the most part, I'm proud to say we've done just that!  

Based in the beautiful Crieve Hall neighborhood in South Nashville, we specialize in most things deck-related: repairs, stain & restoration, and new construction.  If we aren't sweating on a deck somewhere, we're happy to work with you on small-to-mid sized remodel jobs (think: bathrooms, basements, etc) and sometimes other various carpentry and custom work.  Bottom line, If you have a project you think we might be interested in, drop me an email and I'll do my best to respond within 48hrs.

Our service area is generally limited to the local neighborhood communities in the South Nashville area, including Crieve Hall, Caldwell-Abbay Hall, Oak Hill, Brentwood, Forest Hills, 12 South, Whispering Hills, Berry Hill and a few others.
