​IMPACT Property Services (or IPS Nashville as it would become known), was formed in 2016 as a residential deck and remodel business. The idea was to keep it simple, keep it focused, and keep it local.  

Based in the beautiful Crieve Hall neighborhood in South Nashville, we specialize in most things deck-related: repairs, stain work & restoration, and new construction builds.  From time to time, we also take on small-to-mid sized remodel jobs (think: bathrooms, basements, etc), as well as other various carpentry and custom work.  Bottom line: If you have a project you think we might be interested in, drop us an email - we typically respond within 48hrs.
